1. OFFER LETTER

       1.1 Offer letter t participate in the services and business network of the Tourism, Personal and Health Sector business is issued to the Office of the State ANGKASA Relations to inform to the cooperatives that conducting hotel, homestay, spa, dialysis, pharmacy and related activities.

  2. MPK APPROVAL

      2.1 Co-operative applications that agree to participate in Tourism, Personal and Health Sector services and business networks are presented either in the Senior Management Meeting or the ANGKASA National Working Committee Meeting for approval.

  3. LIST OF MEMBERS RECORD

      3.1  Co-operatives who have been approved for the services and business networks of the Tourism, Personal and Health Sector businesses are recorded in the Membership Records List.

  4. APPROVAL LETTER

      4.1 Approval letter issued to cooperative who has obtained approval to join the services and business networks of the Tourism, Personal Care and Health Sector.

  5. APPLICATION / CONSULTATION & CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

      5.1 Letter of Accreditation / Consent and Conditions of participation are issued to cooperatives who agree to participate in the Tourism and Self Care and Health Sector services and business networks to be signed by the cooperative as a pledge to comply with the terms and conditions of the network.

  6. CERTIFICATION OF PARTICIPATION

      6.1 Certificate of participation is given to the cooperative as proof of participation in the network under the Tourism, Personal and Health Sector.
